AMD 3D V-Cache CPUs On Sale: Ryzen 9 7950X3D For $629 US, 7900X3D For $539 US

AMD's Ryzen 7000X3D 3D V-Cache CPUs including the Ryzen 9 7950X3D & 7900X3D are available at some sweet deals through Newegg.

The AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D & Ryzen 9 7900X3D have been getting price cuts and promotional deals through various retailers since the launch of the Ryzen 7 7800X3D. That's largely due to the 8-core's popularity amongst gamers and AMD wants to entice users into buying their more premium chips.

In the previous deals, we saw the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D fall down to $674 US & the 7900X3D drop to $549 US. It looks like Newegg's eBay outlet is offering even better prices with the 7950X3D priced at $629.99 US, a drop of -10% over MSRP (-$70 US). Meanwhile, the Ryzen 9 7900X3D has also got a price cut though it's less significant compared to its bigger sibling. Meanwhile, the prices of Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPUs remain unaffected as it still retails for $449 US and has been selling like hotcakes. Despite the recent reports of AMD Ryzen 7000 CPUs burning out on AM5 platforms, these chips still hold a lot of value & even in our review, we found the 7950X3D to be an amazing chip offering great multi-threaded performance coupled with insanely efficient and fast gaming performance. AMD and its partners have issued the first BIOS to resolve these issues & more optimizations are expected to roll out soon through BIOS updates.
