Pages.editorialPolicyTitle
We publish a mixture of AI-assisted and human-written journalism. Every article — whether originally drafted by a person or rewritten with the help of a large language model — passes through editorial oversight before publication. This page explains how we source, draft, review and correct our content.
Sources
We cite the original reporters whose work informs our coverage. Where
an article is based on external reporting, the source publication is
named in the body or in an attribution block at the foot of the
article. Outbound links to source material use
rel="nofollow noopener" to preserve their editorial
independence and to protect our readers.
AI Rewriting
For some articles we use general-purpose large language models to help draft a rewritten version of publicly reported facts. We do not endorse, recommend or name any particular commercial model, and we do not allow the model to determine our editorial line.
The source material supplied to the model is treated as untrusted input. Any instructions, hidden prompts or commands found inside a source document are ignored: the model is asked only to rewrite the factual content, not to act on directions contained within it.
Human Review
Our editors fact-check articles before publication wherever this is practical, paying particular attention to names, figures, dates and direct quotations. AI-rewritten posts carry an inline disclosure at the top of the article so that readers can see at a glance how the piece was produced.
Hallucination Guardrails
We do not knowingly introduce specific facts, names, dates, figures or quotations that are not supported by the cited source. When the source is unclear or silent on a point, we either omit the detail or attribute the uncertainty in the text.
If you spot something that looks invented, exaggerated or unsupported, please report it using the corrections address below and we will investigate.
Corrections Policy
We correct material errors promptly and openly. To report an error, please contact [email protected]. Significant corrections are noted at the foot of the affected article along with the date of the change.
Removal & Right to be Forgotten
If you believe an article should be amended or removed for legal reasons — including data-protection rights such as the right to be forgotten — please contact [email protected] with the URL of the article and a description of your concern.
AI Disclosure
Every AI-rewritten article carries an inline “AI-rewritten and editor-reviewed” notice near the top of the page, together with a link back to this Editorial Policy. Articles that are written entirely by a human are not marked, but follow the same sourcing, review and corrections standards described above.
