Forza Horizon 6 PC System Requirements Published Ahead of May 19 Launch

Playground Games has revealed the full PC system requirements for Forza Horizon 6 ahead of its launch on May 19 for Xbox Series X|S and PC.

The requirements are divided into four categories: Minimum, Recommended, Extreme, and Extreme Ray Tracing. A PS5 version is planned for later this year, but a release date has not yet been confirmed. All tiers require Windows 10 or Windows 11 version 22H2 or newer, along with an SSD for storage.

Minimum (Low Preset, 1080p at 60 FPS)

• CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600
• GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650, AMD Radeon RX 6500 XT, or Intel Arc A389
• RAM: 16GB
• Storage: SSD

Recommended (High Preset, 1440p at 60+ FPS)

• CPU: Intel Core i5-12400F or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
• GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT, or Intel Arc A580
• RAM: 16GB
• Storage: SSD

Extreme (Extreme Preset, 4K at 60+ FPS)

• CPU: Intel Core i7-12700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
• GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 7900 XT
• RAM: 24GB
• Storage: NVMe SSD

Extreme Ray Tracing (Ray Tracing Enabled, 4K Upscaled at 60+ FPS)

• CPU: Intel Core i7-12700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
• GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
• RAM: 32GB
• Storage: NVMe SSD

The PC version of Forza Horizon 6 supports Nvidia DLSS 4, AMD FSR 3 and 4, and Intel XeSS 2.1 upscaling technologies. It features uncapped framerates, ultrawide monitor compatibility, ray-traced reflections, and global illumination. The game also offers controller and racing wheel support, and has been verified to work with Steam Deck and Xbox ROG Ally handheld devices.

Forza Horizon 6 is scheduled to launch on Xbox Series X|S and PC on May 19, with the game available on Xbox Game Pass from day one. The setting for this installment is Japan.
