Salesforce agrees to acquire AI customer service platform Fin, formerly Intercom, for ~$3.6B, in a deal expected to close in Q4 of its 2027 fiscal year  —  Salesforce on Monday said it is buying AI customer service platform Fin for about $3.6 billion as businesses accelerate their agentic offerings for enterprises.
