T-Mobile is Offering a Free Pixel 10 as its Latest Loyalty Perk

Sometimes it can be rewarding to be a loyal customer, especially with smartphone carriers, who more often than not go the extra mile to retain their long-standing customers. Speaking of which, T-Mobile is reportedly running a similar loyalty perk, where subscribers can get a free Pixel 10 with a qualifying T-Mobile plan.

Under the new promotional offer, T-Mobile loyal customers can trade in any existing device and get up to $800 in discounts, which they can use to redeem for a free Pixel 10 in exchange. Reports suggest that users can also use the credit to get a Pro model by paying only the difference amount. Going by the description, T-Mobile seems pretty liberal about the phone’s condition you’re turning in. As per reports, the offer is applicable even if your phone’s screen is cracked.

T-Mobile users can check if they’re eligible by heading to T-Mobile’s T-Life app under the section that says “promotions available.” While this seems to be a targeted promotion, it’s still worth reaching out to customer support to explore your chances. You may also require a good credit score to qualify for the offer.

The offer apparently requires that users be on one of T-Mobile’s Experience plans, including the recently introduced “Experience More.” These aren’t the cheapest plans, starting at $85 per month for a single line. But you can enjoy a five-year price lock and bundled benefits, including subscriptions to Netflix, Apple TV Plus, and Hulu.

That said, it’s worth noting that the $800 splits into 24 monthly payments. It’ll be credited back to your account, likely as $33.33 monthly bill credits. Additionally, you need to pay government taxes and a one-time $35 activation fee.

In case you don’t qualify for the offer or don’t want an $800 device, T-Mobile is reportedly running another offer, where you can get the cheaper Google phone, the Pixel 10a. For this, users need to be on a plan that costs $60 per month. Users can get a Pixel 10 Pro if they have at least three lines and are on plans that cost $85 per member. For both of these plans, users don’t need to include a trade-in.
